Test olive fruits in have been chosen in project partner's olive orchard located in Tinj, Croatia. The total of nine olive trees of three different olive varieties have been labelled according to the following scheme:

• Olea europaea 'Istarska bjelica' have green labels
• Olea europaea 'Leccino' have yellow labels
• Olea europaea 'Oblica' have orange labels
